Craig London is a trading name of JDN Ecommerce LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. We sell online to customers in the United Kingdom.

Where Orders Ship From

All orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouses outside the United Kingdom. This allows us to offer a wide range at accessible prices.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all UK orders.

Import Charges

Because orders are shipped from outside the UK, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and, if applied, are payable by the customer. If you have any questions about this before ordering, please contact us.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all regions of the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

Delivery within the UK usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance, courier routing or local postal delays.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Final delivery within the UK is handled by a local carrier.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or a video. If your parcel appears to be lost, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a solution.

Returns

Returns are sent back to our supplier's warehouse outside the UK, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
