SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, SHIPPING AND IMPORT CHARGES
We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colours exactly. All products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses outside the United Kingdom. Import VAT, duties or carrier fees may be charged on delivery and, if applied, are payable by the customer. SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FAULTY ITEMS
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or if a product is unavailable; in that case you will receive a full refund.
